TARO NASU is pleased to present, beginning July 5th, Hirofumi Katayama’s solo show.

What Katayama creates are “Fake Photographs”. By re-drawing the photograph in computer using Illustrator software, he transforms them into fictional image constructed by vector data.
The title “Vectorscapes” symbolizes Katayama’s creation － the world reconstructed by mathematical formula of vector data. His works intertwine the “fiction” and “reality” of our life and exploring a new visual world.

The exhibition consists of his new works from the series of “Vectorscapes”.
